A London way of working, shaped for UAE
The UAE is one of the most exciting residential markets in the world. There is ambition, pace and a genuine appetite for exceptional homes. But a truly exceptional home requires more than a striking CGI or a fast construction programme.
Project London UAE was created to meet a clear opportunity in the market. More curated design. Better service. Stronger quality control. A clearer process from concept to completion. We bring the design rigour, technical coordination and commercial discipline of our London studio to private residential projects across the UAE. By combining architecture, interiors, procurement and project management under one roof, we give clients one trusted team to guide the whole journey. The result is a home that feels personal, refined and properly resolved, delivered with clarity, care and control. View our servicesWe work with clients who want more than a design concept. They want a home that is beautifully considered, properly costed and expertly delivered.
Our London background gives us a particular way of working. We interrogate the brief, test the layout, coordinate the detail, tender the works properly and manage the many decisions that sit between concept and completion. In a market where projects can move quickly, that structure matters. It helps protect the client’s time, budget and investment, while ensuring the finished home feels layered, personal and built to last.
From curating timeless interiors or overseeing full-scale renovations, we take care of every detail, making the experience as stress-free as it is rewarding.

London and UAE.
Project London was founded in the luxury residential market in London, where we have delivered more than fifty private residential projects and built a reputation for thoughtful design, clear process and exacting service.
Our expansion into UAE is a natural next step. Many of our clients hold property and interests across London and the Middle East, and we see strong demand in the region for a more joined-up approach to residential design and delivery.
Sam McArdle leads the UAE studio on the ground. Jonathan Mount oversees the wider business from London, bringing the experience of a former buying agent together with years of advising private clients on prime property and refurbishment.
Two founders. Two locations. One clear standard. Local presence, London oversight and a process designed to help clients design well, spend wisely and deliver properly.
We could not ignore the opportunity to pair Dubai’s pace and opportunity with London’s design depth, commercial judgement and professional rigour.
We are excited to deliver beautifully designed and curated schemes to the region with the quiet assurance that defines Project London.

Not every interior needs to be neutral.
When colour is introduced thoughtfully, it brings warmth, personality and a sense of individuality to a home.
Here, soft blue joinery, blush upholstery and bold marble come together to create a space that feels playful, elegant and timeless all at once.
The best interiors aren’t afraid of colour - they simply know how to use it.

The biggest cost on a project is rarely the design fee.
It’s the cost of poor planning.
When the design isn’t fully resolved, the scope isn’t clearly defined and contractors are pricing incomplete information, projects become vulnerable to delays, variations and unexpected costs.
Investing in the right design team isn’t simply about creating a beautiful home.
It’s about protecting your budget, your timeline and your interests from the very beginning.
Because the most important decisions should be made before construction starts, not once you’re already on site.

Luxury isn’t about excess. It’s about thoughtful design.
Soft curves, limewashed walls, integrated niches and warm brass detailing come together to create a bathroom that feels calm, timeless and beautifully considered.
Every element has a purpose. Every detail has been designed.

Good design isn’t about following trends.
It’s about choosing materials and details that will still feel relevant years from now.
Fluted joinery, bold marble, microcement and checkerboard flooring have one thing in common—they add depth, character and longevity to a space without relying on what’s fashionable today.
The best interiors aren’t designed for the next six months. They’re designed for the next twenty years.

The best spaces are often the ones you don’t even realise have been designed.
Hallways and transitions are rarely the focal point of a home, yet they shape how every room is experienced.
Soft arches, flowing curves and carefully considered proportions create a natural sense of movement, guiding you through the home before revealing what’s beyond.
It’s these quieter architectural moments that bring depth, rhythm and a feeling of understated luxury.
